Without doubt some of the most unique accommodation in all of India is to be found in these magnificent pieces of Victoriana. The majority of the houseboats that we use are comparatively new, yet retain the best Victorian qualities of comfort and service with all the advantages of modern facilities.

Each houseboats has three or four double rooms with private facilities and a dining room, sitting room and Deck. Each houseboat has its own houseboy in attendance and service. The choice of cuisine is varied and reflected the influence of India, Kashmir, Thai, Chinese & English tastes.

Gulmarg
Gulmarg is an all-weather resort with refreshing summer meadows and pastoral scenes to keep the camera busy, the main reason to come here, at least in winter, is the off-piste, deep-powder, long-run skiing and snowboarding

This golden meadow is about 100 kms from Srinagar. The gushing River Sindh is the highlight of this meadow, flowing down from snowy heights into the dense woodlands of fir and silver birches. Glaciers pour down this river from Himalayas on to the many camping sites in Sonamarg. Also famous for trout fishing.

Pahalgam is amidst thick pine forests and green pastures inlaid with brilliant flowers lies Pahalgam ("Shepherds village") about 95 kms north-east of Srinagar. The mountain town along the bank of river Lidder is known for its trout fish, both rainbow and brown and is the starting point of many a trek, excursions to glaciers like Kohaloi and Hindu shrines like Amarnath and other scenic places.

Yousmarg (meaning 'Meadow of Jesus') is a hill station in the western part of Kashmir Valley in the Indian union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. Yousmarg provides space for beautiful landscapes, young pine nurseries, green pastures and heart touching lotic and lentic water bodies.

Gurez is a valley located in the high Himalayas, about 86 kilometres (53 mi) from Bandipore and 123 kilometres (76 mi) from Srinagar in northern Kashmir and southern Gilgit-Baltistan. At about 2,400 metres (8,000 ft) above sea level, the valley is surrounded by snow-capped mountains. It has diverse fauna and wildlife including the Himalayan brown bear and the snow leopard.

Kokernag is a blend of all delicate components of natural beauty that attracts tourists from all over the world. Home to a spring with magical, curative powers, a tour to Kokernag is one of the most popular weekend getaways from Srinagar. Located at an altitude of around 2012 meters above sea level, tour to Kokernag also reveals some of the other treasures of this important tourist destination.

Bungus, a lush green meadow is situated in the lap of Himalayas, at an altitude of around 10,000 ft. above the sea level. It is around 160 kms from Srinagar, and just 48 kms from district headquarter Kupwara. Srinagai this valley is about 20 km long and 15 km wide. Situated on the other side of Lolab valley.
